Position Overview
A&W Food Services of Canada Inc. located in Toronto is seeking a motivated, ambitious and hardworking professional to join our team as a Food Service Supervisor. We are seeking a dynamic professional interested in helping our business grow through customer experience. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote our brand while ensuring all company procedures and policies are up to standards. This will provide a growing opportunity and a chance to develop management skills and plenty of ways to move forward professionally in the food industry.

Education: 1 or 2- years College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma

Experience: 1 year to less than 7 months related work experience. Food industry and/or customer service experience is an asset. Must have completed a Food Safety Certificate

Main responsibilities
• Make work schedules and assist in assigning duties to work staff
• Identify and address customer needs to maintain food service and increase customer satisfaction
• Establish customer relationships
• Hire, train and supervise employees on company procedures/policies
• Prepare and submit reports
• Assists with product orders and inventory as needed
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
