Location: White River, ON, P0M 3G0
Salary: $15.75 to $17.75 hourly for 30 to 40 hours per week
Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full time
Start date: As soon as possible

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment; Work under pressure.
Supervision: 1 to 2 people, 3-4 people.

Job Requirements:
Tasks:
1. Establish methods to meet work schedules.
2. Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
3. Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures.
4. Estimate and order ingredients and supplies.
5. Ensure food service and quality control.
6. Address customers' complaints or concerns.
7. Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage.
8. Prepare and submit reports.
9. Supervise and check assembly of trays.
10. Establish work schedules.
