Food Service Supervisor
Todai Japanese Restaurant Ltd. dba Todai Sushi Japanese Restaurant in Delta, BC is looking for an experience, full-time Food Service Supervisor.
Conditions
- Position: Food Service Supervisor
- Working Hours: Full-Time, Permanent Position, 30-40 hours per week
- Ability to do shift work according to work schedule (daytime, evenings, weekends and holidays)
- Hourly Wage: $15.00 – $18.00/hour (wage to be determined depend on experience and skills)
- Vacation: 10 days paid vacation or 4 % gross salary

Requirements
- Completion of secondary school
- Minimum 3 years of experience in food preparation or service OR Completion of a community college program in food service administration, hotel and restaurant management or related discipline is required.

Job Duties
- Supervise and coordinate activities of restaurant staff.
- Prepare food order summaries for kitchen staffs.
- Establish work schedule.
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage.
- Estimate and order supplies and ingredients.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Perform cashier’s or server’s duty such as taking orders and processing payments if it needs.
