Food Service Supervisor

Bobby Chao's Chinese Cuisine & Dim Sum is a Chinese restaurant. 

We are hiring for a Food Service Supervisor, and our location is 34 Edgedale Dr. NW #18, Calgary, AB T3A 2R4

 

This position will be full-time and permanent. The wage will be 17.00/hour with 35 to 40 standard work hours per week. The overtime rate begins after 8 hours of work per day and after 44 hours per week. Overtime work will be paid a 1.5x the regular pay rate.

 

Job Requirements

Languages: English

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Worksite environment: Noisy

 

Job Duties:

Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, Estimate and order ingredients and supplies, Ensure food service and quality control, Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage

 

Supervision: 5-10 people
