Job duties as Food Service Supervisor will involve the following but are not limited to:

• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food

• Supervise and check assembly of trays; Prepare food order summaries for chef

• Prepare and submit reports; Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage

• Establish work schedules

• Estimate and order ingredients and supplies

• Ensure food service and quality control

• Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures.

Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food

Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing. Ability to cook large quantities of food in such a way as to best preserve nutritive value and enhance potability. Ability to establish and maintain satisfactory working relationships with subordinates and supervisors.

Salary: $16.00/ Hour
