ALIBABA PIZZA LTD in Victoria location need permanent Full Time Food Service Supervisors(NOC CODE 62020).

1. Fort St Locations-3 positions
775 Fort St Victoria BC V8W1G9 Canada
Salary $17.50 per hour , 8 hours per day , flexible shift work, 5 days a week , 2 days flexible days off.
Duties includes:
Supervise coordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparations.
Establish methods to meet work schedules .
Helps maintain standard for raw and finished product quality service and speed , quality and cleanliness.
Maintained records of stock , sales and wastage
Train staff in job duties and sanitation and safety procedures
Ensures that food and service meet quality control standards
May participate in the selection of food service staff and assit in the development of policies , procedures and budget
Employment requirements
Completion of secondary school is usually required.
1 year to less than 2 years full time experience in food preparation or service are required.
Language Requirement:
Read English, Speak English, Write English
