Languages: English Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience: 3 year to less than 5 years
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food in a timely manner;
Estimate and order ingredients and supplies.
Estimate work load based on the weekly sales volume of the store and
Establish work methods to meet the load
Prepare weekly schedule & ensure staff available to meet the demand of busy hours.
Prepare and submit reports; Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage;
Ensure food service and quality control is not compromised & meet quality standards
Ensuring great standard of customer service and resolve any customer complains on the spot.
Performs Cash-In Procedure, accounting for all forms of money, etc.,
Additional Skills
Train new hires and provide ongoing training to staff members in their tasks and
responsibilities.
