Description
Ramen Danbo brings traditional Fukuoka style Kyusyu Hakata Tonkotsu ramen to Japanese food fans in Vancouver. The aroma of our signature Tonkotsu broth is unmistakable – a simple but truly delicious umami, always made daily in-house.
Currently we are looking for a permanent and full time qualified Food Service Supervisor to join us.
Job Responsibilities:
- Set up the food servers work schedule each week
- Handle all customer service issues including resolving customers complaints
- Provide quality beverages and foods consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards
- Ensure that food safety regulations are followed
- Trains staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
Requirements:
- Completion of Secondary School is required
- Two years or more customer service experience, preferred in the restaurant industry
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Communication, multitasking, and problem solving skills
Wage/Working Hours
- Wage: $14.95 /hr
- Hour: 37.50hrs/week
- Permanent and Full time position
