0837507 BC Ltd operating as KFC Whistler, located at Unit 110 4368 Main Street, Whistler BC is looking for Food Service Supervisor (2 positions).
Duties include but not limited to:
– Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff
– Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for food preparation
– Establish methods to meet work schedules
– Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
– Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
– May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budget.
– Responsible for training and development of staff members.
Hourly rate is $16.15.
