Tenton Ramen & Tonkatsu in West Vancouver, BC is looking for a Food Service Supervisor to work with our team.
Title: Food Service Supervisor
Opening: 1 position (Permanent, Full-time)
Salary: CAD 17.00~CAD 19.00 per hour, At least 30 hours per week
Benefit: 4% of gross pay or 10 days of paid vacation
Location: 1731 Marine Drive, West Vancouver, British Columbia V7V 1J5
Requirements:
- Completion of secondary school education is required.
- Post-secondary education in hospitality or related field, or several years of related work experience is required.
Main Duties:
- Train and supervise other food service staff
- Manage food inventory and order ingredients
- Coordinate work schedule and activities of food service staff
- Control food service quality to meet the standards
- Maintain the safety and cleanliness of kitchen and dining area to ensure sanitary standards are met
- Deal with customers complaints and enquiries about overall food service
