Hiring Position: Food Service Supervisor (NOC 62020)

Position Available: 1

Salary: $20.50/Hour based on 40 hours per week

Employment Duration: Full Time, 3-Year Contract

Job Location: 4438 Beresford St, Burnaby, BC, V5H 2Y4

 

As a Food Service Supervisor, you will perform the following duties:

• Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion, and serve food and beverages
• Ensure food service and quality control standards are maintained
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
• Maintain inventory and records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
• Assist in the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and budgets
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
• Manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during operation hours

 

 

Qualifications:

• High school diploma is required
• Prior experience in the food service industry is required
• Must be available to work on weekends and holidays
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential
