Food Service Supervisor

We are looking for well-experienced Food Service Supervisors for The Tipsy Fox Pub & Grill, located at 257 George Street, Arthur, ON N0G 1A0, Canada.

JOB DUTIES:

• Ensure cleanliness, hospitality, accuracy, maintenance, product quality, and speed of service during shifts. 

• Overall supervision, including the staff members such as servers, bartenders during the shift.

• Responsible for operating a smooth service by ensuring fresh food is served in a timely order to guests.  

• Oversee maintenance and upkeep of kitchen and dining areas.

• Make schedules for the staff. 

• Ensure the quantity and quality of food being served or delivered.

• Assist manager in recruitment and training of new staff.

• Ensure health and safety regulations are adhered to.

• Resolve customer complaints or concerns and ensure excellent customer service. 

Prerequisites:

Education: Secondary School or equivalent experience

Experience & Skills: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience

Language: English

Hourly Rate: $ 17 to $ 22 per Hour for 30 to 40 Hours per week

Starting Date: As soon as possible

Terms of Employment: Fulltime and permanent
