Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the tasks of staff responsible for food preparation and portioning
- Train staff in job duties, hygiene practices, and safety protocols
- Estimate and requisition ingredients and supplies
- Monitor and enforce standards for food service and quality assurance
- Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues
- Keep detailed records of inventory, maintenance, sales, and waste
- Prepare and submit necessary reports
