(Food Service Supervisor)

We are looking for food service supervisors for our clients. You will work at 1201-15th Avenue Didsbury Alberta, T0M 0W0, Canada. However, you will be required to work at various locations across the region in Canada.

JOB DUTIES:

Ensure cleanliness, hospitality, accuracy, maintenance, product quality, and speed of service during shifts.

Organizes/delegates preparation and delivery of resident and client-catered functions.

Responsible for smooth food service and timely execution of customer orders.

Oversee maintenance and upkeep of kitchen and dining areas.
-
Oversee the food services and housekeeping in a supportive living environment.

Performs/delegates quarterly Food Safe Audit.

Inspect Resident Rooms and Facilities daily to meet established safety and cleanliness standards.

Attends Family Information sessions.

Attends ARAMARK meetings and functions.

Performs/delegates all work following Client and ARAMARK policies and procedures, including, but not limited to, quality assurance items and all Health and safety initiatives.

Participates in Human Resources functions, including recruiting, training, coaching, scheduling, payroll, and employee performance management

Organizes/delegates regular staff meetings along with the manager

Displays a polite, spirit-of-service attitude toward customers and co-workers. Maintains a friendly, efficient, and responsive attitude toward clients and their customers while performing job duties.

Investigates resident, family, and employee concerns and complaints with a focus on follow-up and appropriate resolution.

Investigate/delegates all employee injuries and near misses with a focus on recommendations for the prevention of future incidents.

Performs all other duties as required.

Prerequisites:
Education: Secondary (high) school certificate or equivalent experience
Experience & Skills: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
Language: English
Hourly Rate: $18.50 to $26.00 per hour for 30 to 40 hours per week
Starting Date: As soon as possible
Terms of Employment: Fulltime and permanent
