Job Duties:

• 1.       Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of staff involved in food preparation, portioning, and service.

  2.       Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring proper inventory management.

  3.       Prepare food order summaries for the chef based on customer requests and preferences.

  4.       Establish work schedules and implement procedures to ensure efficient operations.

  5.       Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and report any discrepancies.

  6.       Train staff in their job duties, emphasizing sanitation and safety procedures.

  7.       Ensure that food quality and service meet established standards and exceed customer expectations.

  8.       Assist in the selection of food service staff and contribute to the development of policies, procedures, and budgets.

  9.       Address customers' complaints or concerns.

Languages: English

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
