Job Description:
Kwantlen Pizza Ltd. DBA Kwantlen Pizza Sweets and Snacks islooking for two full-time permanent Food Service Supervisor tojoin their team.
Job Duties:
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepareand serve food.
• Manage the inventory and stocks used in preparation
• Establish methods to meet work schedules.
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
• Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safetyprocedures.
• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
• Ensure the cleanliness and safety at work as per health andsafety guidelines.
• Resolve Customer Complaints.
Employment requirements:
• Completion of secondary education is preferred.
• 1-2 years of related experience is required.
