Position: Food Service Supervisor
Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
Wage: $17-$20/hour (depending on Experience)
Hours: 30 – 44hours per week
Benefits:
4% vacation pay
Job Duties:
– Manage and coordinate the daily food production.
– Estimate and order food ingredients, and supplies.
– Analyze and records of stocks, and supplies cost.
– Prepare work schedule and procedures.
– Supervise and check workstations to ensure clean, sanitized, and prepped work surfaces
– Supervise food and service meet quality standards.
– Train staff in job duties, and safety procedures.
– May interview or hire new employees.
Job requirements:
Completion of a community college program in food service administration, hotel and restaurant management or related discipline
OR
2~3years of experience in food preparation or service are required.
Educational Requirements:
Completion of secondary school is required.

English
