Job Description:
Maharaja Catering Ltd.is currently hiring two full-time permanent Food Service Supervisors to join their team.
Job Duties:
· Co-ordinate and Supervise the activities of staff who prepare and serve the food.
· Establish methods to meet work schedules.
· Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed.
· Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
· Manage the stocks and inventory of store.
· Prepare the reports of stock, sales & repairs and maintain the records.
· Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures.
Employment requirements:
· Completion of secondary school is mandatory.
· 1 to 2 years of related experience is required.
