Location : Kitchener, ON
Salary : $14.00 to $15.00 / hour (To be negotiated)
Vacancies : 1 Vacancy
Terms of employment : Permanent, Full time 30 to 35 hours / week
Start date : As soon as possible
Languages: English
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Ability to Supervise: 1 to 2 people, 3-4 people
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Standing for extended periods
Personal Suitability: Client focus, Team player
Job Requirements:
Specific Skills
Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, Estimate and order ingredients and supplies, Ensure food service and quality control, Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage, Prepare and submit reports, Supervise and check assembly of trays, Establish work schedules
Additional Skills
Establish methods to meet work schedules, Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, Address customers' complaints or concerns
