Artisan Eats café is located in Bowen’s funky Artisan Square, and looks out towards the mountains, ocean and forest giving you an awesome view. Artisan Eats as the Snug team takes over The Snug Café that has existed as a popular local restaurant at its current location close to the BC Ferries terminal since 1980’s.
We are looking for a full time Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Artisan Eats Cafe.
Job Responsibilities:
- Co-ordinate staff’s shift and support their duties as a supervisor
- Maintain inventory and order supplies
- Ensure food and service provided meets the quality standard
- Train and supervise new staffs in job duties, sanitation and safety procedure
- Handle all customer service issues including resolving customers complaints
Requirements:
- High School diploma is required
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in food service industry
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced work environment
- Customer service and communication skills
Wage, Working Hours, Benefit
- Wage: $18.00/hour
- Hour: 40.00hrs/week
- Benefit: Extended Health Insurance after 6 months
- Permanent and Full-time position
