The Ramen Gaoh is a part of the parent company, Menya Kouji Group. The Menya Kouji Group is proud to continually introduce a different style of ramen that in Japan to the rest of the world. At The Ramen Gaoh, we bring the most current and popular tonkotsu ramen flavours directly from Japan.
We are looking for a permanent and full-time Food Service Supervisor to join at The Ramen Gaoh.
Job Responsibilities:
- Co-ordinate staff’s shift and support their duties as a supervisor
- Maintain inventory and order supplies
- Ensure food and service provided meets the quality standard
- Train staff how to serve dishes and beverages smoothly and safely
- Handle customer’s requests and complaints
Requirements:
- High School diploma is required
- Several years of food service experience
- Able to work under pressure in a fast paced work environment
- Customer service and communication skills
- Reliable to show up for work on time as scheduled
Wage/Working Hours:
- Wage: $15.50 / hour, overtime rate $23.25 after over 8 hours per day
- Hour: 35.00 hrs/ week
- Paid Vacation: 10 business paid vacation days (4% of gross salary) per year
- Permanent and Full time position
