Mechanic's Helper – Automotive
Job Duties:
Permanent full time Mechanic's Helper : 2 positions. Start wage is $22/hour. 35-40 hours per week. Working time would be days, mornings. Tasks are to move tools, equipment and other materials. Signal safety procedures to other workers and to the general public. Perform miscellaneous labouring activities to help tradespersons, apprentices and other workers as directed. Clean machines and immediate work areas. Help install engies, transmissions, trasfer case. Take down front and rear end of vehecles. Remove and install automotive parts incluiding starters, radiators, brake parts, motors, etc.
Secondary (High) school diploma/certifiate is required. Must have at least 7 months experience to 1 year in installation, maintenance and repair in motor vehicles.. Equivalence considered.
