We are looking for a Customer Service Supervisor to work at Shell Gas Station located in Paradise Hill, Saskatchewan, Canada.

Main Job Duties:
-Supervise and support store clerks at the gas pumps and in-store areas.
-Assign tasks and create work schedules for clerks.
-Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth service in all areas.
-Handle payments, issue receipts, and process refunds.
-Resolve customer issues, including complaints and shortages.
-Monitor inventory and reorder stock as needed.
-Recruit and train new staff members.
-Prepare reports on sales, inventory, and staffing.
-Manage customer service and maintain store standards.
Job Requirement:
– Completion of secondary school.
– 1-2 years of supervisory experience in retail sales field is required.
Working Conditions.
Wage: $20.00 per hour
Working hour: 30 – 40 hours a week and 5.77% of vacation pay
