Skills Requirements:

• Education: Completion of secondary/high school graduation
• Work experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience as a pizza cook is required  

Job Duties:

• Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods such as signature pizzas, chicken wings, appetizers and side dishes
• Prepare and cook special meals for customers with dietary restrictions such as plant based, gluten free etc.
• Schedule and supervise kitchen helpers and food counter attendants

• Manage and coordinate kitchen activities to ensure smooth operations.
• Keep track of food, supplies, and equipment inventory, maintaining accurate records.
• Prepare and oversee ready-to-go items like pizza slices and Panzerottis for quick service.
• Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and work area, ensuring a hygienic environment.
• Assist with menu planning, portion sizing, food cost estimation, and supply management.
• Support hiring efforts and provide training for kitchen staff as needed.
