- Salary $15.00 to $16.00 / Hour (To be negotiated)

- Terms of employment Permanent, Full time 35 to 40 Hours / Week
- Start date As soon as possible
- Employment conditions: Day, Evening, Weekend, Night
Job requirements
Languages: English
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in the Food service industry
Ability to Supervise: 3-4 people, Staff in various areas of responsibility
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Standing for extended periods
Personal Suitability: Flexibility, Team player
Work Setting: Restaurant
Specific Skills
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food,
- Ensure food service and quality control,
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage,
- Prepare and submit reports,
- Must have knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres,
- Supervise and check assembly of trays,
- Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys,
- Establish work schedules.
- Additional Skills: Establish methods to meet work schedules,
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
