Job requirements
Languages: English
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in the Food Service Industry
Ability to Supervise: 3-4 people
Security and Safety: Basic security clearance
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Tight deadlines, Combination of sitting, standing, walking, Standing for extended periods
Personal Suitability: Team player, Effective interpersonal skills, Flexibility, Excellent oral communication, Client focus

Specific Skills
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food,
- Estimate and order ingredients and supplies,
- Ensure food service and quality control,
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage,
- Prepare and submit reports,
- Supervise and check assembly of trays,
- Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys,
- Establish work schedules.
- Additional Skills: Establish methods to meet work schedules,
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
