Permanent Position: Framer helper – Construction (NOC 75110)

Work Location: Candidates are required to work at various locations in Lower Mainland, Vancouver Island, Greater Vancouver Area and Fraser Valley parts of British Columbia as per company contracts.
Wage rate: $21 per hour for 40 hours per week.
Education: No prior education required
Experience: No prior experience required/will train.
Language: Basic knowledge of English is required.
Job Duties:
· Load, unload and transport construction materials.
· Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks shoring and barricades.
· Mix, pour and spread materials.
· Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs.
· Level earth to fine grade specifications
· Assist in demolishing buildings.
· Clean and pile salvaged materials.
· Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites.
· Perform other activities at construction sites, as directed.
Working setting: The candidate should be available to work full-time in the day or evening or on weekends, if required.
Working Conditions: Candidate should be able to lift weight up to 50lbs. Should be willing to work outdoors, indoors, and all-weather conditions.
