Above Tide Motel is looking for an experienced Front Desk Manager.
The position is a permanent, full-time position with 35-40 hours per week.
Experience and Qualifications
• Minimum 3 years of managerial work experience in accommodation/hospitality industry
• Completion of post-secondary diploma or degree in hospitality management
• Ability to communicate in English
Job Responsibilities
• Develop, implement and oversee business plans, policies and procedures
• Address customers’ complaints or concerns
• Prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses,
• Prepare, implement and coordinate marketing activities
• Negotiate with suppliers for the provision of materials and supplies,
• Negotiate with clients for the use of facilities,
• Establish work schedules
• Assist clients/guests with special needs

Compensation – $24-30 per hour
