Description
Airport Inn is looking for an experienced Front Desk Manager.
The position is a permanent, full-time position with 35-40 hours per week.
Experience and Qualifications
• Minimum 3 years of hospitality managerial work experience
• Completion of post-secondary diploma or degree in business or hospitality management
• Ability to communicate in English
Job Responsibilities
• Plan, develop and implement business and marketing activities
• Prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
• Assist clients/guests with special needs
• Address customers’ complaints or concerns
• Negotiate with clients for the use of facilities
• Negotiate with suppliers for the provision of materials and supplies
• Enforce policies and procedures
• Establish work schedules
