Position: General Farm Labour
No of positions: 2 vacancies
Type of Employment: Full Time year round – 2 year contract
Estimated Start Date: As soon as possible
Hours of work: 32-50
Wage: $ 22.00 hourly
Location of work: SE-31-39-03W3rd, Osler Saskatchewan, S0K3A0

Job Duties:
- Operating and maintaining farm machinery and equipment
- Feeding and tending livestock
- Writing daily basis progress report
- Detecting disease and health problems in livestock
- Breeding
- Cleaning equipment after use
- Cleaning stables, barns and barnyards
- Milking cows
- Light fixing of fences and barns
- Must be able to assist in calving
- Must have experience administering medication
- Able to lift at least 50lbs
- Complete other duties as required
Requirements:
- 1 year farming experience
- Previous experience with farm machines
- Shift work – Mornings, afternoons, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.
- Drivers licence is an asset
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Responsible, reliable and punctual
- Basic English is an asset
