Description-
Satpal Singh Sangha O/A 2J Farms located at 2743 Tolmie Rd, Abbotsford, V3G 2T9 is looking for 5 Farm Workers. We are offering 5 full-time, year positions
The Farm Workers will perform the following duties:
• Plant, fertilize, cultivate, spray, irrigate and harvest crops.
• Operate farm machinery and equipment
• Examining produces for quality and prepare it for sale
• Report to and follow the directions of a Farm Supervisor
• Other general farm duties as assigned.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities : Repetitive tasks, Standing for extended periods, Bending, crouching, kneeling.
Benefits: Accommodation will be provided @ $30/week, Relocation Expenses & Medical Insurance for first 3 months covered by employer, if required.
Essential Skills: Working with others, Problem solving, Decision making, Critical thinking, Continuous learning.
Work Site Environment: Outdoors, Wet/damp, Dusty, rain/ shine, hot/cold weather
