Wages:                       $16.25 per hour, 35-44 hours a week

Trillium Recycling is a diversified recycling company located in Ajax Ontario, and specializing in wood pallet recycling and manufacturing services. For many years, Trillium has been supplying the local market with reliable products in a timely manner exceeding their client expectations.

We are currently looking for 4 General Labourers to join our team based out of Ajax Ontario.  Our General Labourers provide material handling and manufacturing tasks needed to support our production teams in the development of our recycled products, and in the delivery of those products to our clients.

This role involves a sorting, packing, and transporting products in our plant.

 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Transport raw materials, wood pallets and finished products throughout plant manually or using powered equipment;
  • Check and prepare materials and products for recycling and assembly;
  • Sort, pack, crate and package finished pallet products;
  • Assist machine operators, assemblers and other workers in the plant;
  • Clean work areas and equipment as required;
  • Perform other labouring and elemental activities as required.

The successful candidates will possess the following qualifications:

·      Ability to interact with people effectively and in a professional manner;

·      Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
