Position Info:
- Position: Retail Butcher
- Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
- Wage: $20.50 ~ $25.00/hour (depending on experience)
- Working Hours: 30~40 hours/week
- Number of Positions: 4
- Work Location: 14390 104 Avenue, Surrey, BC V3T 1Y3

Job Duties:
- Clean meats to prepare for processing or cutting meats
- Grind and Weigh meats for sale
- Remove bones from meat
- Wrap and package prepared meats and sell meats to customers
- Price meat products
- Use of saws and knives to cut, trim and prepare standard cuts of meat
- Shape, lace, and tie roasts, using boning knife, skewer, and twine
- Follow established procedures, including weights and measures, health and sanitation, and adhere to safe work practices
Job requirements:
- Experience: 2~3 years of related experience are required
- Education: Completion of secondary school is required
- Language: English
