Position Info:

• Position: Retail Sales Supervisor
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $25.00~$35.00/hour (depending on experience)
• Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
• Number of Positions:  1
• Work Location: 14390 104 Avenue, Surrey, BC V3T 1Y3

Job Duties:

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of sales staff
• Assign tasks and establish work schedules for staff
• Monitor sales performance and prepare related reports
• Maintain inventory and place merchandise orders to prevent supply shortage
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints
• Perform supervisory responsibilities such as opening and closing the store, and assist in developing marketing strategies when needed
• Hire and train new staff and conduct employees’ performance review

Job requirements:

• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in retail sales or cashier experience is required
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
• Language: English
