Description
Glory Meat Shop in Surrey is looking for a permanent, full-time Retail Butcher
You will be responsible for the following:
Clean, cut, trim, bone and prepare custom/standard cuts of meat, poultry for sale.
Weigh, price and sell meats to customers.
Prepare meat for displays/delivery.
Wrap and package prepared cuts of meat.
Keep products fresh.
Ensure food storage conditions are adequate.
You need to meet the following qualification:
2-3 years of experience as a butcher.
Secondary school education is required.
Language of work: English
Your hourly wage will be $20.50.
Dental and health care plan provided.
10 days of paid holiday or 4% gross salary is provided.
