Luxor Hair Salon in Vancouver, BC, is looking for a competent Hairstyling Salon Manager.
Position: Hairstyling Salon Manager
Number of Positions: 1
Work Hours: 30 ~ 35 hours/week (Full-time)
Wage: C$23.20 ~ 24.00 per hour
Vacation: 10 days of paid vacation or 4% of gross salary
Work Location: 2173 West 41st Ave., Vancouver, BC V6M 1Z6
Requirements:
Completion of secondary education is required.
Minimum 3 years of experience in hairstyling is required.
Good leadership skills and effective interpersonal skills are needed.
Job duties:
· Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of the hair salon
· Develop and implement policies and procedures for staff
· Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any complaints
· Plan and develop budget and forecasts
· Order supplies and control inventory
· Manage advertising and marketing strategies and direct promotional and marketing activities
· Recruit, train and supervise staff
· Maintain salon-related records including staff and business records
