Hairstylist
JK FAMCO INC. dba Jin Hair Salon & Spa located in Victoria, BC is looking for experienced and skilled Hairstylist.
Conditions:
- Position: Hairstylist (NOC 63210)
- Working Hours: Full-time, Permanent Position, 30-40 hours per week
- Hourly Wage: $17.00 – $19.00 per hour (wage to be determined depend on experience and skills)
- Vacation: 10 days paid vacation/year or 4% gross salary
- Position Available: 1
Requirements
- Education: Completion of secondary school.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of hairstylist experience.
- English is required

Job Duties
- Suggest hairstyle compatible with client's physical features or determine style from client's instructions and preferences
- Style customer’s hair by cutting, bleaching, tinting, dying, trimming, curling, coloring, perming, blow drying, ironing, tapering, and frosting or streaking
- Analyze hair and scalp condition and provide basic treatment or advice on beauty care treatments for scalp and hair
- Clean and organize hair styling equipment such as wigs and hair pieces
- Apply hair extensions
- May shampoo and rinse hair
- May perform receptionist duties and order supplies
