Hana Sushi Japanese Restaurant is seeking Food Service Supervisor.
Position: Food Service Supervisor
Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
Wage: $14.65 ~ $18.00/hr (depending on experience)
Working Hour: 30 – 40 hrs/week
Benefits:
- 4% Vacation pay
Job Duties:
- Address and handle customer complaints and questions
- Set staff work schedules and supervise the activities of staff
- Order ingredients, supplies, and equipment as required
- Maintain inventory records, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Ensure food service and quality control are met
- Establish work schedules
- May recruit food service staff and train staff in job duties
- Manage and supervise delivery of food
Experience requirements:
- 2~3 years of experience in food preparation or service is required.
Educational Requirements:
- Completion of secondary school
Language Requirements:
- English
