- Position: Retail Sales Supervisor

- Wage: $22.00~$25.00/hour (depending on experience)

Job Duties:
- Assign sales staff to daily duties and prepare shift schedules
- Supervise and coordinate sales clerks
- Keep track of inventory and order merchandize when necessary
- Authorize payments and the return of items
- Prepare and submit reports for sales volumes and staffing matters
- Ensure the visual standards of the store are well maintained
- Resolve issues regarding customers complaints
- Hire and train new sales clerks
Job requirements:
- Experience: 1~2 years of retail sales experience is required.
- Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
- Language: English
