Happy Lemon is looking for a Food Service Supervisor

Position: Food Service Supervisor

Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

Wage: $15.00 – $18.00 per hour (depending on experience)

Working hours: 30 – 40 hours per week

Benefits: 4% of vacation pay

Work Location: Kingsway

Job Duties:

Monitoring inventory and ensuring that all food supplies and essential equipment are stocked and prepared
Resolving customers complaints/concerns in a professional manner
Conducting regular inspections of the work areas to determine whether proper standards of hygiene and sanitation are maintained
May be asked to involve in staff recruitment
Train new staff their duties and responsibilities
Supervise staff to ensure serving orders are prepared well in a timely manner
Manage staff’s work schedules
Perform other duties as requested

Job requirements: Minimum 1 ~ 2 years of supervisory experience in the food service industry

Educational Requirements: Completion of Secondary school

Language Requirement: English
