Pay rate: 28.50/hr
Hours- 38 hrs per week.
On-site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no optionto work remotely.

 

Responsibilities :
1. Ensure food is prepared, cooked, and served adequately to meet qualitystandards.
2. Ensure all dishes are tasty, look good, and are hygienic.
3. Plan, coordinate, and oversee the work of cooks, kitchen helpers, andservers.
4. Teach staff their duties, cleanliness, and safety rules.
5. Keep track of how staff is doing and give feedback to maintain highservice quality.
6. Resolve customer complaints or concerns professionally.
7. Keep customers happy by maintaining high service standards and quicklyresolving issues.
8. Keep track of food, drinks, and supplies in stock.
9. Order ingredients and other items to maintain stock levels and reducewaste.
10. Make sure health, safety, and cleanliness standards are followed.
11. Regularly check the kitchen, dining areas, and storage to ensurecleanliness and safety.
12. Develop and manage employee schedules to ensure proper staffing.
13. Manage requests for time off, shift changes, and other scheduling needs.
14. Oversee the upkeep and repair of kitchen equipment and facilities.
15. Ensure all equipment works correctly and safely.
16. Help with hiring new employees.
17. Assist new hires in understanding their roles and responsibilities.
