Description
Hiring a Supermarket Cashier/Customer Service Department Supervisor
– Completion of secondary school is required.
– Previous retail sales experience such as retail sales clerk, cashier, etc. is required.
– Able to work flexible shifts including in the evening and on weekends.
– Knowledge & experience in dealing with Korean and/or Asian foods/products is an asset.
– Main duties:
Oversee and supervise cashier/customer service department team members
Supervise performance of department teams and coordinate each department for the profits
Set employee schedules
Assign tasks and monitor their performance
Provide training to the new staffs
Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve customer complaints
Maintain health and safety measures and store's cleanliness
– Working hours: 40 hours per week (permanent & full-time position)

– Wage & Benefit: $21.15/hr, 4% vacation fee of gross salary, extended health benefit (after three months of employment), meal provided
