Home health care worker (Permanent, Full time 30 to 40 hours / week)

Location: Mississauga, ON (BRITANNIA RD. and QUEEN ST. N.)

Salary $16.50 to $17.00 / hour (To be negotiated)

Specific Skills: Care for an elderly man and a woman with a disability. Duties are: Mend clothing and linens, Assist in regular exercise, e.g., walk, Shop for food and household supplies, Provide companionship, Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, Prepare and serve nutritious meals

 

Job requirements

Languages: English

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Security and SafetyCriminal record check

Personal Suitability: Punctuality, Organized, Dependability, Flexibility, Initiative, Reliability, Client focus

Weight Handling: Up to 9 kg (20 lbs)
