Home Health Care Worker (Permanent employment/Full time / 30 to 40 hours per Week)

On site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Work site environment: Non-smoking

Work setting: Urban area

Target audience: Elderly Females, Males, Persons with mental health disabilities

Tasks

Assist clients with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene

Feed or assist in feeding. Provide companionship. Provide personal care

Job Requirements

Security and safety: Criminal record check

Languages: English

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience

Experience: Experience an asset

Work conditions and physical capabilities: Combination of sitting, standing, walking

Repetitive tasks

Standing for extended periods

Weight handling: Up to 9 kg (20 lbs)
