We are looking for a Home Support Worker  for Stefanie Marinich-Lee  located at Suites 1429-60 Heintzman Street Toronto, ON M6P 5A1 Canada.

No. of Position:- 1

JOB DUTIES:

• Assist with dressing, footwear, and grooming to maintain dignity and personal appearance.

• Help with safe movement around the home, including using mobility aids as needed.

• Monitor and document physical and emotional well-being, reporting concerns promptly.

• Plan, cook, and serve meals, ensuring proper portioning and dietary compliance.

• Encourage and support independent living skills whenever possible.

• Change bed linens, sanitize frequently used areas, and maintain overall home cleanliness.

• Provide medication reminders as prescribed.

• Perform light housekeeping tasks, including laundry, bed-making, and cleaning.

• Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities such as conversation, reading, and music.

• Support daily routines and exercises recommended by healthcare professionals.

• Prevent falls and accidents by ensuring a safe home environment.

• Escort to medical appointments and community outings.

Prerequisites:

Education:       Secondary School Certificate or equivalent experience

Experience & Skills:           1 years to less than 2 years of experience

Language:                           English

Hourly Wage: $20 for 30 Hours per week

Starting Date: As soon as possible

Terms of Employment: Fulltime and permanent

Benefits: 4 % Vacation Pay
