St. Michael’s Inn is looking for a Night Auditor to work with our team.

Title: Night Auditor

Opening: 1 position (Permanent, Full-time)

Wage: CAD 16.25 per hour, 30 hours per week

Benefit: 4% of gross pay or 10 days of paid vacation

Location: 4910 43 Street PO BOX 626, Rycroft, AB T0H 3A0

Basic Requirements:

Completion of secondary school or equivalent is required
Post-secondary education in related field or Certificate in related field is an asset

Work Experience:

Main Duties:

Manage inquiries regarding customer service and registration via internet, telephone and in-person
Register arriving guests and assigning rooms using computerized system
Process payment for check-out guests
Balancing the accounts from day shift
Ensure that all end-of-day activities have been successfully executed
Manage guest accounts and receipts and processing payment to departing guests
Inform motel guests of community events and service nearby
