519570 BC LTD. DBA Best Western Premier is currently looking for a Permanent, Full Time Hotel Manager to join their team as soon as possible.
Main Duties:
- Develop and implement business plans and policies of the hotel.
- Prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses.
- Participate in the development of pricing and promotional strategies.
- Recruit and supervise staff, oversee training, and set work schedules.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns.
- Prepare marketing plans and procedures.
Requirements:
- Completion of college program related to hospitality is required.
- Minimum two years of work experience as a manager is required.
Salary: $27.50/hour
