Hotel Manager

Description

Super 8 Motels is currently looking for a Permanent, Full Time Hotel Manager to join their team as soon as possible.

Main Duties:

• Develop and implement business plans and policies of the hotel.
• Prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses.
• Participate in the development of pricing and promotional strategies.
• Recruit and supervise staff, oversee training, and set work schedules.
• Handle customer complaints and concerns.
• Prepare marketing plans and procedures.

 Requirements:

• Completion of college program related to hospitality is required.
• Minimum two years of work experience as a manager is required.

Salary:                      $29.00/hour
