Job roles and Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in/out guests, handle inquiries, and resolve complaints to ensure excellent guest service.
• Manage bookings, update systems, and optimize room occupancy to maintain high levels of efficiency.
• Handle payments, issue invoices, and ensure billing accuracy for all guest transactions.
• Maintain front desk organization, record messages, and prepare daily reports for management.
• Liaise with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to address guest needs and maintain hotel operations.
• Verify guest identity, ensure property security, and follow emergency protocols to ensure guest safety.
• Promote hotel services, maintain a clean and welcoming lobby, and participate in training sessions to improve staff performance.
• Provide detailed information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience.
• Monitor room availability and collaborate with other departments to optimize occupancy rates and improve efficiency.
• Process guest payments, including cash, credit card, and debit transactions, ensuring accuracy and security.
• Monitor access to the property and report any suspicious activity to security or management to ensure safety.
• Promote loyalty programs, special offers, and packages to guests, encouraging repeat business and customer retention.
• Participate in staff meetings and training programs to stay updated on hotel policies, procedures, and industry best practices.
