Description
Job Duties:
Arrange for gifts before the arrival of guests and do a good job of welcoming guests on arrival.
To work closely with the front desk departments to arrange for the cleaning, tidying up of guest rooms, night bed service and meal preparation checks and dining services to ensure that the needs of guests are met at the first opportunity.
To be responsible for the ordering and dining services of the guest room catering service, the provision of free fruit, the collection and return of guest clothes service, and the arrangement of guest wake-up calls, meals and car services.
To solicit opinions from guests during their stay, to understand their consumption needs, and to coordinate and communicate with relevant departments in a timely manner to implement them, and to ensure that guests' needs are addressed and arranged in a timely manner.
Timely and prepared to understand the hotel's products, local tourism and business information and other information, and recommend the hotel's service products to the guests in a timely manner.
Guests before leaving the hotel for guests to arrange luggage, cab service cheer guests out of the hotel.
Job Requirements/Qualifications:
Secondary school education is usually required.
